Each home includes two registration decals (one exterior, one inside near the breaker box). The breaker box decal shows serial number and the CSA certification label (CSA A-277, Z-240). The Intertek specification sheet—detailing manufacture date, serial/model number, appliances, electrical system, insulation, snow load— is typically found inside a kitchen cabinet above the range.

What’s the difference between a manufactured home and a modular home?

Both our manufactured and modular homes are built in the same quality-controlled factory environment, ensuring consistent craftsmanship and durability. The key difference lies in the building codes they follow. Manufactured homes are constructed to meet the CSA Z240 Standard, while modular homes adhere to the CSA A277 Standard, which aligns with the provincial building code for the location where the home will be placed.

We respectfully acknowledge that Solera Modular is situated on the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx peoples.
